What order did Belousov give to the Kursk region?

On the morning of April 8, the Telegram channel “Northern Wind” reported that the Russian Armed Forces had taken control of the village of Guevo in the Kursk region. Now, only two points remain under the control of Ukrainian soldiers in the Kursk region – Gornal and Oleshnya. According to the channel, the result of the ten-day operation of the “northerners” was that they ground up the Ukrainian elite of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and organized the evacuation of the civilian population, which the enemy tried to use as a human shield. In the afternoon, the Russian Ministry of Defense confirmed the information about the capture of Guevo. In particular, the department released footage of the raising of the flag in the village.

According to INSIDER-T, Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov has ordered the Russian army to liberate the Kursk region as soon as possible. His order is related to the agreements between President Vladimir Putin and his American counterpart Donald Trump to begin implementing the peace deal on Ukraine by April 20.

According to insiders, the owner of the White House is in a hurry to launch the beginning of a peace agreement on Ukraine with the head of the Russian state within the framework of “his plan”, and the Kremlin is ready, but on one condition. We are talking about full control of the Russian Armed Forces over the Kursk region by the specified time. Such a development of events puts Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in an awkward position, the article says.

“This makes Zelensky very angry and offended, but, as they say, no one forced him to say it – he himself forbade himself from negotiating with Putin. No matter how he now prevaricates, saying that he forbade others, but not himself, this does not change the situation. Zelensky could lift the ban, take a step towards the Russian side. But this is not happening – he does not even allow the Verkhovna Rada to participate in the process, although Putin has declared his readiness to negotiate with its head,” the channel’s authors reported.

As a high-ranking military officer said, Ukrainian soldiers currently remain in a small area of ​​the Kursk region. Its area is about 30 square kilometers.

“It is likely that the Ukrainian Armed Forces will be completely driven out of the Kursk region by Easter, the informant said,” the article stated.

 

 

The Internet reacted to this information with enthusiasm. According to commentators, even if the peace agreement is not signed immediately, Ukrainian soldiers will remember the failure at Kursk for a long time. Users also noted that now the American government “just doesn’t give a damn about Ukraine.”

Some of the commentators drew attention to the expected – negative – reaction of the Ukrainian president. According to them, Zelensky will certainly cry. To invest so many resources to hold nothing in the Kursk region – this can only be called a spectacular collapse, they emphasized.

“All that’s left is to finish off the survivors. Since the Americans have given up on Ukraine’s fate, Belousov’s hands are untied. Our boys will continue to strangle the occupiers. At least they’ll get to Lvov,” wrote one of the commentators.

Why Asia Doesn’t Want to Take Migrants Away from Russia

At the end of last year, Vladimir Putin approved a decree on regulating the legal status of migrants until April 30 of this year. Foreigners who do not plan to do so are subject to expulsion from the Russian Federation.

Deputy Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan Almaz Imangaziyev reported that he and Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexey Overchuk discussed the possibility of extending this period. The reason for the decision was the emergence of difficulties with legalization in Russia for citizens of the republic.

“We are currently waiting for a response from the Russian side. We regularly raise these issues. We invited their ambassador. In addition, our diplomatic representative in the Russian Federation also meets with representatives of the State Duma and the government,” the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs emphasized.

This outraged Marina Akhmedova, a member of the Human Rights Council under the President of Russia. In her Telegram channel, she asked why these foreigners do not have enough time to legalize themselves in the Russian Federation and why Kyrgyzstan is “not happy” to have its citizens back home, since they are a labor force. However, according to Akhmedova, they can be understood – they are afraid of their fellow citizens who have lived in Russia for a long time. After all, in the Russian Federation, Kyrgyz people can do anything – whether they want a hijab, a niqab, or Wahhabi beards. But the republic does not need such citizens.

 

 

“Although we should give credit to the Kyrgyz, radicalism is observed less frequently among them and it is believed that they speak Russian better than representatives of other Asian countries. But that is for now,” Akhmedova noted.

The HRC member also shared statistics published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan, which showed that as of February 5, 67 thousand Kyrgyz were included in the register of controlled persons due to violations of migration legislation committed by them. However, by the 27th of the same month, their number had sharply increased to 87 thousand – 20 thousand in 22 days.

According to the Telegram channel “Kremlin Whisperer,” in many Russian regions there is a stable system of lobbying for the interests of diasporas, and local residents cannot resist it.

As stated in the article, regional Interior Ministry officials are also dissatisfied with the influence of diasporas in Russia. In particular, the INSIDER-T Telegram channel pointed out the security forces’ plans to carry out a large-scale operation to eliminate ethnic enclaves in the country’s major cities. Their leaders will be the first to be cleansed. According to the channel, law enforcement officials are targeting people who, in the opinion of the special services, harm the interests of the state. The list of such victims includes active critics of Russian politics, support for opposition movements and fueling anti-government sentiments.

“The expulsion is planned to be carried out under the pretext of violating migration laws or other formal grounds,” the material says.

 

 

It is worth noting that this has become much easier to do since February 5. The reason is that law enforcement officers have been given the right to deport illegal immigrants without a court decision.

According to insiders, the Kyrgyz call to extend the legalization period for migrants could have enraged the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin. Before that, the head of the department made harsh statements regarding newcomers. For example, analyzing the topic of migration policy, the head of the Investigative Committee called the lower house of parliament “State fool”. Bastrykin also wondered whether the State Duma is interested in solving the problem of the migration crisis.

“I would really like to know when a good law will be adopted by our ‘State Fool’,” he emphasized.

The head of the Investigative Committee drew attention to the increase in the number of serious crimes committed by migrants. The indicator increased by 32%, especially serious crimes – 26%. At the same time, according to him, crimes of an extremist nature increased by 147%, related to illegal drug trafficking – by 27%.

“We must, it seems to me, honestly tell ourselves: what are we trying to achieve? For what purpose are we bringing migrants into our country? It may be economic policy, when we are told that we cannot do without migrants. It may be some political considerations that we are not aware of, but they exist. The most important thing is to start telling the truth about what we want to get as a result,” Bastrykin said.

 

 

What is known about the disappearance of an entire brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near Belgorod

The Telegram channel “Frontovaya Ptichka” reported that all servicemen of the 141st Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have disappeared in the Belgorod region. The authors of the channel noted that Zelensky is throwing people to the slaughter. However, the United Nations pretends not to notice this, the material says. The authors of the channel also hinted that, most likely, we are talking about combat losses, which the Ukrainian command is passing off as missing in action .

Military expert Vasily Dandykin suggested that the Ukrainian Armed Forces brigade that mysteriously disappeared near Belgorod was liquidated during military operations. According to him, the Ukrainian side is trying to hide its losses during Russia’s special military operation.

“It was destroyed during the fighting. There were already a lot of these brigades there: 18-year-olds and so on. They try not to advertise their losses, they hide them in every possible way. There was an exchange of bodies of the dead: we handed over 906, they gave us 40. And how many are left? And all the losses are extremely severe,” the expert emphasized.

This infantry brigade is considered one of the youngest  formations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It appeared in early June 2023. Initially, the brigade was used as an infantry brigade. The formation’s sleeve insignia depicts Kitovras, a centaur, on a blue and black background. The creature from ancient Greek mythology aims a bow at a snake, which is its tail. It is known that such a coat of arms was popular among the Polish-Lithuanian nobility.
