Teenager Stabs Child to Death Near Migrant Hostel
A 10-year-old boy was stabbed to death in Dmitrov, Moscow Region. A conflict between schoolchildren occurred near a residential building in the village of Nekrasovskoye near Dmitrov, during which a 14-year-old teenager attacked the boy with a knife. The victim died from the wound he received. The Investigative Committee opened a murder case. Forensic experts were dispatched to the scene.
“On April 9, 2025, during the day, near a residential building located in the village of Nekrasovsky, Trudovaya microdistrict, Dmitrovsky urban district, a 14-year-old teenager attacked a schoolboy during a conflict, inflicting a knife wound on him, from which the child died,” the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported.
The boy had several stab wounds. His body was found on a playground. Passersby stopped an ambulance passing by, but the boy was already dead. The prosecutor’s office clarified that the incident occurred near the entrance to the hostel. Local residents had previously repeatedly demanded that the hostel be vacated, since the migrants living there periodically started fights in the vicinity.
Husband Tried to Kill Wife with Lighter Fluid
A criminal case of attempted murder has been opened against a 43-year-old resident of Novokuznetsk . Last weekend, he poured lighter fluid on his wife’s head and set her on fire.
The victim was taken to the hospital with burns covering 20% of her body and upper respiratory tract. At the time of the attack, her nightgown also caught fire. The woman’s face and hands, with which she tried to put out the flames, were burned. She has not yet regained consciousness.
The suspect was detained. He explained that the woman had been arguing with him all evening and he decided to teach her a lesson. Last year, the detainee was already tried for threatening to kill.
Pedophile killed in St. Petersburg prison
On April 8, a 30-year-old prisoner named Magomed, convicted of causing grievous bodily harm, attacked his cellmate in the maximum security penal colony No. 6 in the village of Obukhovo in the Leningrad Region. His victim was 37-year-old Maxim, who was arrested in 2021 for abusing his daughter.
Magomed brutally beat Maxim with his hands and feet. In extremely serious condition, the man was taken to the medical unit, where they unsuccessfully tried to resuscitate him. Doctors found multiple bruises, abrasions and bruises on his head, chest, back and limbs. The issue of initiating a criminal case on the fact of the incident is being decided. Now the killer has been placed in a punishment cell.
Later, the media reported that this was a molester from the urban-type settlement of Sinyavino near St. Petersburg, whose accomplice was his legal wife. The man was serving a sentence under the article on violent sexual acts against a minor .
According to the investigation, the parents of five children abused one of their daughters for six years. They began raping the girl at the age of five. The accused filmed porn with the child and posted the recordings online. The mother and father were deprived of parental rights, and their children were sent to a juvenile aid center. The criminal case file totaled 35 volumes.
